• 2025 國際會員申請/續會表格
• 2025 PDC 會員申請表格 (申請招星薈獎項適用)
• 網上續會（現有國際會員適用）

• 每年會籍有效期至該年度12月31日止。
• 新會員須由兩位現屆國際會員作建議人及附議人。
• 申請一經批核，所有款項恕不退還。
• 閣下所提供之辦公室地址將作為通訊地址之用。

Honorary Member 榮譽會員

• Any person who has performed some distinguished public service in the community or the field of life insurance or joined as member of the Association with not less than 25 years in total may be invited by the Board as an Honorary Member of the Association
• 在保險業界或社會服務有傑出貢獻、或為 香港人壽保險經理協會會員25年或以上, 會籍經由董事局邀請及批准

 

International Member 國際會員

• Any person who is working in agency management in life insurance industry and possessed an international award(s) which is recognized by the Board. By qualifying for an International Member.
• 申請人須從事壽險業管理工作及持有協會認可之國際榮譽獎項。       

 

PDC Member PDC會員

• Any person who is interested in agency management including but not limited to trust officers, lawyers, home office personnel, publishing house officials and financial planners.
• 全新PDC會員，適用於對團隊管理及發展工作有興趣之人士，包括：信託管理、律師、企業人員、財務策劃師等。

• 如欲修改會員個人資料，可填妥「會員資料更改通知書」，並電郵至mem@gama.com.hk或寄回本會。
